How we work

How We Work Lean by design, not by constraint.

Our operating model is intentionally structured to support clarity, accountability, and adaptability, while remaining aligned with enterprise-grade governance and control.

Operating Model

We combine clear governance and accountability, with ownership defined at the right level; proximity to customers and business context, enabling informed decisions; distributed expertise aligned to domain needs, not generic staffing; and decision-making close to the work, within clear architectural and delivery boundaries.

Agility at Pysix is not a framework we apply. It is a consequence of how the company is structured and how decisions are made.

How Pysix Is Built

Pysix is built as a greenfield company, deliberately designed without the legacy structures, incentives, and delivery models that shape traditional consultancies and system integrators.

This means fewer structural layers between decision and execution; clear separation between what must be governed and what can be adapted; delivery models that are allowed to evolve based on real experience; and a culture of ownership rather than role protection.

Being greenfield does not mean being immature. It means being intentional about how the organization grows, how teams collaborate, and how value is delivered over time. Pysix is built to learn, adapt, and improve continuously — not to replicate models designed for a different era.

Delivery with Momentum

We don't manage transformation. We take responsibility for moving it forward. Pysix is intentionally designed as a lean organization, with delivery models that emphasize clear ownership, short decision paths, and continuous improvement rather than rigid hierarchies or role-heavy structures.

From a customer perspective, delivery is experienced through:

  • Clear accountability for outcomes
  • Faster and more consistent decision-making
  • Reduced friction between design, build, and run
  • The ability to adapt when priorities or conditions change

Our delivery approach is designed to maintain momentum without compromising outcomes; reduce handovers and decision latency; align architecture, integration, and execution; and stabilize and accelerate initiatives that have lost direction.

Speed is not created by pressure or scale. It is created by clarity of intent, ownership of outcomes, and trust in execution.

Governance & Standards

Our delivery practices are aligned with modern regulatory and security expectations, including GDPR, NIS2, and relevant sector-specific standards. Pysix is not constrained by legacy delivery models or organizational patterns. This allows us to evolve how work is delivered over time, learning from each engagement and improving how teams collaborate, decide, and execute.
